The House of Arts renewed both in its look and its functionality is the theatre and cultural centre of the region. In the first term of 2011 it was the venue for the international press conference of the current Presidency of the EU. In the House of Arts we offer programmes to every age group. The performances are of high professional standard and represent various genres: prose and musical theatre performances, opera, dance theatre, classical and modern concerts. The theatre hall with a capacity to host almost 400 people, the conference room with a serviceable area of 434 m2 and 8 section rooms of different sizes are an ideal venue in the following years for conferences, business meetings, presentations, exhibitions or other touristic events. The Inner Ticket Office and Information Point operating in our Cultural Centre offers information about national and international events and also provides a possibility to buy tickets for these events.

A House of Arts Gödöllő Cultural Centre is the basic event organising institute of the town’s cultural life with a primary mission to do its tasks at the highest standards to satisfy the citizens of the town of Gödöllő and people living in the region. Its professional success is proven by winning the title Qualified Public Culture Institute in 2012.
